Our New Project Management Section

For those of you who've been purchasing our timed bundles, we’ve now changed the way we log & track the timing. From now on when your timed bundle is completed you will no longer receive the timed invoice receipts, as we now have a complete Project Management section. Within the project management you can physically see each and every task undertaken, how long they took & how much time is left until your time bundle has ran out. 

When an existing bundle is active you will see a 'quick view' project section on the home page or you can simply click the 'My Projects' menu link within the left-hand panel. Here you will see an overview of your Projects where you can then drill down to see all tasks undertaken, any associated tickets, associated invoices, time tracking & view time logs. If you ever need to contact us regarding a task, you can create or reply via a ticket.

For quite a while now, we've been looking for ways of improving how to keep our clients informed & we feel this is the solution.
